1.Finding the products you want:We
are currently selling only new DVDs. You can select the title you
are looking for by one of the following different methods. Once
you choose the title you can directly add to the cart by clicking
the 'Add to cart' button. Clicking the picture of that DVD will
link you to the Synopsis page that describes full detail of that
movie.
*Search by keyword:You can enter the title
of the DVD or the name of an actor, supporting actor, actress or
supporting actress into the 'Keyword' search which is on the upper
top left- hand corner of
each page. Please note that if there is a mistake in spellings,
search will not be successful.
*Search
by title: Full List Alphanumeric Search is located on top of
each page. Click the first letter of the movie title you are looking
for. Pages at the bottom of the screen will display the complete
list of all titles starting with this letter. For the movies starting
with a digit, click *. You can also
view the full list of that particular search by clicking 'Full List'
on the extreme right of page nos. displayed.
*Advance
search:'Advance Search' will display the
complete list by Actor, Actress, Supporting Actor,Supporting Actor,
Producer, Director & Music Director on the bottom screen. You
may also view the full list detail of a particular Advance Search
by clicking the 'Full List' link, which is on the bottom right screen.
*Search by star
cast: Every movie on our site details the name of the actor,
actress, producer, director and movie director. When you are viewing
any movie details and would like to search other movies by, say
the same director, just click that director's name in that movie
and all movies by the same director will be displayed at the bottom
of the screen.
* Search by category:
Just below the full list search is the category (Genre) in which
various movies have been listed. They include New Releases, Action/Adventure,
Comedy, Family, Romance, Thriller, Best Sellers and Tragedy. Click
the category you want and all the movies will show on the main screen
alphabetically. One movie may be listed in more than one category.

2.Placing products in the shopping cart:
Clicking 'Add to cart' Icon will place the products in your shopping
cart. If you want to order more quantity of a particular product,
just edit the quantity field & click 'Recalculate' button.
3.Completing your order & checking out:
When you have finished shopping, you may complete your purchase
by clicking the 'CHECK OUT' button. Member as well as non-member
can purchase at indiandvdwala.com. After clicking the 'Check Out'
you will be asked to fill the Shipping & Billing Address as
well as mode of shipment.
4.Ordering by Mail or Fax:
You have the option to print out the order
form & mail or fax it to us. We cannot accept orders

(After your credit card is approved you see "APPROVED" page on the computer monitor, please go down on that page and click the button at the bottom of the page). Provided the order is complete we will dispatch on the day we confirm. Your order will then be with you within the no. of days as per the shipping option selected by you. What is the your return policy for defective DVD? |

Within 30 days of your order
you can return the defective DVD along with the invoice, which
you had received, from our company at time of purchase. Please
send the defective DVD(s) back to:

Please include the order number (as shown on your invoice)
and details of the product(s) to be returned and the reason
for return. If you have disposed of the invoice then please
provide your name, postal code and approximate date of purchase
in order that we can trace your records. If you are returning
a defective product please indicate the nature of the defect
and, if appropriate, the elapsed time during play at which
the defect becomes apparent. Carefully repackage the item,
mark 'Returns' clearly on the outside of the package and send
it to us.
Our policy is intended to improve our service to you and is
in addition to your statutory rights. On receipt of the defective
DVD we shall send you the replacement.
In the event that we are unable to ship
a replacement within 7 days we will offer you the option of
either a refund by the method the payment was made or a credit
to be used against another purchase. In the latter case you
will be either charged or refunded the difference in price
between your new purchase and the amount due in refund as
appropriate.

Do you provide list of DVDs with prices? |

We do not generate any separate price-list for DVDs, which we
could circulate. Many a time the manufacturer's change prices fortnightly or monthly and it
becomes impossible to update the price-list for print and circulation. However as soon as
we get new prices from manufacturer's we normally update prices the same day on our web site.

Do you provide Genuine DVDs from the manufacturers? |

We only buy our DVDs from the original DVD producing
manufacturers. However at times there are more then one manufacturer's
for particular DVD title as the rights to produce DVD may
have been given by the original movie producer/owner to more
then one company.

The image on your site is of a different manufacturer
but the DVD I received is from another manufacturer? What can I do? |

There is a possibility that
the image on site may differ from the DVD you received as
we carry DVDs manufactured by all DVD manufacturing companies
and at times there are more then one DVD manufacturing company
producing DVD of the same title. However if you did purchase
because you wanted DVD from the manufacturing company whose
image you saw on our site, you may kindly return the received
DVD back to us, and you have the following choices:
a) Ask for full refund.
b) Ask for DVD from the other manufacturer. We will replace
the same if the selling price of both the manufacturer's is
same.
c) Ask for replacement with any other title from our web site
with same value. HOWEVER THE RETURNED DVD MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL
PACKING AND NOT OPENED.
